The company was established in 1995 by Sri Doraiswamy Sthapathi. He started his work in Tamilnadu. After a while, he had the oppurtunity to work in Karnataka. So, he moved to Karkala, Udupi and continued to work in there, which led to construction of more than 150 temples succesfully.
